Yesterday we deployed functionality to inform event organizers via email when ticket type inventory is low (5 remaining) and out of stock (0 remaining). This feature is enabled by default and is intended to keep Event Organizers in the loop on the number of tickets available for sale should any adjustments be required before the ticket type sells out.

At Ticket Falcon, we work directly with our event organizers to develop new features. We recently released a new feature that enables event organizers to share links with attendees to unlock hidden and visible ticket types.
Here is an example use case. As an event organizer, you want to create a complimentary ticket type for specific attendees but you do not want the general public to see the ticket type on the event page. This feature allows event organizers to create a hidden or visible ticket type and share a link that unlocks the ticket type for specific attendees.
Event organizers can easily access this feature from the Manage Events page. From the Manage Events page, click on the "Edit Tickets" link and then click on the copy ticket link icon (see screenshot below).
