Event Organizers can ask any number of questions during the ticket buying process. Ticket Falcon does not control an Event Organizer’s registration process or Personal Data collected from Ticket Buyers. The Event Organizer will receive and may use the information Ticket Buyers provide when registering or purchasing tickets for an event on Ticket Falcon on behalf of themselves or a third party.

Advertising and Analytics

We use Facebook custom audiences via a Facebook pixel to deliver advertisements to website visitors on Facebook based on email addresses. Ticket Falcon may use the information collected to display advertising in the form of re-targeting to our customers or to target lookalike audiences.

The primary purpose of TicketFalcon.com is to create a forum where its users can buy and sell event tickets. TicketFalcon.com strives to provide reasonable and appropriate physical, procedural and electronic information security measures to protect both non-personally and personally identifiable information that is collected by, or submitted to us.

Data Retention:

Ticket Falcon retains your information as described in the Privacy Policy for as long as necessary. If you no longer want Ticket Falcon to use your information to provide services to you, you may close your account.

Close / Cancel / Delete Account

You may close /cancel / delete your account at anytime. To do so, please contact us to request that your account be deleted. 

Delete/Cancel Account Data

To remove data associated with your account (i.e. Facebook). To do so, please contact us to request that your account data be deleted/removed.
