Are you new to reserved seating or need help creating/setting up a seating chart? Contact us with your reserved seating requirements, and one of our specialists will discuss your needs in more detail. Our one-time setup fee is $500, which includes up to 300 seats. For events/venues requiring more than 300 seats, our fee is $1 per seat in addition to our one-time setup fee.
The Ticket Falcon service fee is $1 + 3% to collect donations, the same as our general admission pricing. You can absorb the Ticket Falcon service fee, pass it on to the ticket buyer / donor or let them decide to pay the service fee. Our pricing includes access to our live fundraising capability which shows how much money was raised in real-time. This is ideal for live fundraisers, fundraising events, paddle raises and auctions. Contact us for additional information if you are interested in enabling this feature for your event.
We use Stripe as our payment processor to help you accept payments for ticket sales. Stripe accepts all major credit cards and their fees are 2.9% + $.30 per transaction. This is the cost to accept payments online. Stripe charges fees per transaction once payments are received to your account. You must have a connected Stripe account to collect payments via Ticket Falcon. To learn more about Stripe, click here.

When creating an event, you can choose to absorb the Ticket Falcon and Stripe credit card processing fees or pass them on to the ticket buyer. If you decide to pass the Ticket Falcon and Stripe fees on to the ticket buyer, you will net the face value of the ticket.
