We will never charge a fee for free tickets.
There are no hidden fees and no contracts. It is free to create an event. Our fee structure is simple and transparent:
$.99 per ticket + 2% of ticket price – As an event organizer, you have the option to absorb ticket fees or include ticket fees with the cost of the ticket for your attendees to pay.
We use Stripe as our payment processor to help you accept payments for ticket sales. Stripe accepts all major credit cards and their fees are 2.9% + $.30 per transaction. This is the cost to accept payments online. Stripe charges fees per transaction once payments are received to your account. You must have a connected Stripe account to collect payments via Ticket Falcon. To learn more about Stripe click here.
