Head to Your Event's Check-in Page: Using a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) or even a laptop or stationary computer, navigate to your event's check-in page within Ticket Falcon.
Tap to Focus: Once on the check-in page, tap on the designated input field. This action focuses the system on receiving scanner input.
Scan and Go! With a connected QR code scanner, aim the device at the QR code on the attendee's ticket (either printed or displayed on their phone).
Automatic Magic: As soon as the scanner reads the QR code, the ticket information is instantly entered into the input field. Our system then automatically submits the information and displays the check-in result – all in a fraction of a second!
