Use Stripe Link During Checkout

We recently released a new payment method called Stipe Link.

Link saves and auto-fills payment information, so ticket buyers do not need to enter their payment details manually. Ticket Buyers can visit to make changes to their account, view their purchase history, or contact the Link customer support team.

How it works

Customers new to Link can save their payment detail to enable faster checkout in the future. Here is how Link works:

  1. Link automatically detects if a ticket buyer is enrolled by using their email address, phone number, or browser cookie.
  2. Ticket buyer receive a one-time passcode to authenticate their session.
  3. After authentication succeeds, Link loads their payment and they pay with one click.
  4. After a customer enrolls with Link, they can add backup payment methods.
