At Ticket Falcon, our mission has always been to provide event organizers with a platform that is not just powerful, but also flexible enough to handle the unique demands of any event—from intimate fundraisers to large-scale conferences.

Today, I am thrilled to announce the next step in that journey: The Ticket Falcon Organizer API (Private Beta).

For the first time, we are opening up our platform to developers, agencies, and technical teams, allowing you to build custom integrations, unique onsite experiences, and automated workflows directly on top of Ticket Falcon’s robust infrastructure.

Why We Built This

We know that no two events are the same. While our dashboard and check-in app cover the needs of most organizers, we have heard from power users who want to push the boundaries. Whether you need to sync attendee data with your corporate CRM, build a branded self-service check-in kiosk, or display real-time fundraising stats on a big screen, our new API gives you the keys to make it happen.

What You Can Build

The Organizer API provides secure, programmatic access to your event data. Here is a glimpse of what is possible:

• Custom Check-In Solutions: Build your own scanning apps or entry kiosks using our Check-In Endpoint. It supports real-time validation and strict security protocols to ensure your guest list remains accurate.

• Automated Data Syncing: Say goodbye to manual CSV exports. Use our Attendees Endpoint to pull guest data directly into Salesforce, HubSpot, or your own internal databases as soon as a ticket is sold.

• Real-Time Notifications: leverage Webhooks to trigger immediate actions—like sending a welcome SMS or printing a badge—the moment an attendee checks in or an order is completed.

Security First

Opening up our platform required a security-first approach. The new Developer Portal includes:

• Granular Team Permissions: You control exactly who can access your API keys. Assign roles like “View Only” or “Check-In Only” to specific team members or external developers.

• Key Rotation: Security best practices are built-in. You can rotate API keys with zero downtime, ensuring your integrations remain secure without breaking live events.

Join the Private Beta

The Ticket Falcon Organizer API is currently in Private Beta. We are rolling this out slowly to a select group of partners and organizers to ensure stability and gather feedback before a public release.
