We released a new feature that enables ticket buyers to resend their order confirmation email (tickets) from the event page. This capability makes it easier for ticket buyers to check-in to events if they need quick access to their order confirmation email. To resend the order confirmation email, visit the event page and look for the “Order Confirmation” section on the lower right hand side of the page (see screenshot below). Click on the “Resend Ticket(s)/Order Confirmation Email” link.
You will then be asked to enter your email address. Once you enter your email address, click the “Resend Order” confirmation link (see screenshot below). Order confirmation emails will only be sent to the ticket buyer on record for the event.
