Streamline Ticket Registration for Events Without Attendee Data

If you want to speed up the ticket-buying process for your event, you can disable the collection of detailed attendee information. Here’s how to do it:

1. Disable Attendee Data Collection: Go to your event’s “Create/Edit Ticket Types” page and make sure that under “Advanced Settings,” name, email, phone, and survey questions are set to “no.”

2. Simplify Checkout: Once you have disabled attendee data collection, the checkout page will only require the buyer’s basic information, such as their first name, last name, email, phone number, and billing address.
