As COVID-19 continues to evolve, we want you to know our top priority is the safety, health and well-being of our event organizers and attendees.
We understand that events may need to be postponed or canceled due to COVID-19.
  • Event organizers: If you would like to postpone your event(s), contact us for assistance. If you need to cancel your event, follow the instructions here.
  • Attendees: If a scheduled event is canceled as a result of COVID-19, you will be refunded any associated Ticket Falcon service fees.
Visit the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) for guidelines regarding social gatherings. In addition, follow any directives from your local public health officials and authorities.
