Refinecltv is a digital community that makes it easy to identify, and support minority and woman-owned businesses + freelancers. Our mission is to both celebrate and strengthen entrepreneurs in this community by providing consumers the platform to easily locate and buy from the underrepresented, in addition to cultivating a network for business owners with the resources required for success.
