About the Event

Join the Movement. Shift Your Financial Lifecycle From Status to Strategy.

June is officially National Homeownership Month—the most critical time of the year to transition from dreaming about property to executing a real wealth-building blueprint. Property ownership remains the single most powerful vehicle for driving equity, financial sovereignty, and lasting generational wealth in America.

Welcome to Part 2 of The Black Wealth Lifecycle Experience 2026: Asset & Equity Day. This premier, high-energy in-person anchor event is designed to help everyday professionals, side-hustlers, and aspiring investors claim their piece of the market, secure their capital, and scale their real estate portfolios.

Whether you are looking to buy your very first home, turn your current living space into a cash-flowing asset, or master advanced investment vehicles, this experience delivers a practical, objective, and actionable roadmap taught by trusted industry experts.

The Experiential Learning Rotations

This isn’t a passive seminar; it is a highly interactive, dynamic experience where you will move through three carefully curated educational tracks:

  • ROTATION 1: The Basics of Buying (First-Time Buyer Clinic)

Demystifying the Real Estate Market: Perfect for beginners looking to break into homeownership with confidence. We will unpack the exact buying process, demystify credit and underwriting criteria, and reveal practical down payment and financing strategies to get you mortgage-ready.

  • ROTATION 2: Generating Income (House Hacking vs. Airbnb)

Monetizing Your Space: Learn how to transform standard residential real estate into active income engines. We will weigh the pros and cons of house hacking versus short-term rental frameworks, giving you the tools to let your property pay for itself.

  • ROTATION 3: Advanced Brilliance (Creative & Passive Property Wealth)

Scaling Your Portfolio: Tailored for current owners and entrepreneurial investors ready to graduate to the next level. Dive deep into creative financing structures, portfolio scaling metrics, and passive equity vehicles designed to build long-term legacy wealth.
