In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I on behalf of myself, my spouse, legal representatives, heirs, hereby agree to RELEASE, DISCHARGE and COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the event sponsors or host,  their employees, owners, subcontractors, agents, whether actual or apparent, or any of their officers (hereinafter referred to as “RELEASEES”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any of the property belonging to me, whether caused by NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, or otherwise, or while in, on, or upon the premises or body of water where the boat or event is being conducted.
