MID-TAC Junior Development and Junior Scholarship Committees are hosting a 2023 Junior Tennis Player High Performance Workshop to coincide with the Annual Fall General Meeting weekend on October 6 and 7, 2023 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The Friday Panel Discussion and MID-TAC Member Club “Best Practices” is designed to connect MID-TAC coaches with one another to share best practices that are needed more specifically for our junior programs and local communities. The book “One Shot Tennis” The System of Conscious Prep for Subconscious Play by William Crutchfield, will be discussed by Panel Members from our Junior Development and Junior Scholarship Committees. [The paperback is available on Amazon for your knowledge]. “Best Practices” will share what MID-TAC Member Clubs are finding successful in their Junior Development Programs. The Saturday Junior Tennis Player High Performance Workshop will incorporate many of the principles from the “One Shot Tennis” approach, as well as implementing some of the training concepts used by Member Clubs. The MID-TAC 2023 Championship Tournament Main Draw boys and girls singles winners for 12s, 14s, 16s and 18s, will also be invited and in attendance at the Workshop. Juniors will have this opportunity to bond with each other.
