The Black Women’s Expo Chicago will be held on Friday, August 1 – Sunday, August 3, 2025 at McCormick Place and we are excited for your business to join us in celebrating our 30th Anniversary!

To qualify as a Not-For-Profit (NFP) Organization, you must complete the following:

• Submit your 501(c)(3) letter
• Fill out: https://forms.gle/ZL6cqgW4AuBvWBjW9  

Once your NFP is verified, you will be able to select and purchase your aisle booth.

Choose your own booth space before checking out! No need to worry about where you are placed on the exhibit floor…have peace of mind while securing your business’ success in BWe Chicago 2025.

Follow the steps below to select your booth:

1. Use the interactive floor plan to select your desired location
2. Select your desired booth(s) (10′ x 10′ booth size):
   • Corner booth (Blue)   Aisle booth (Red)
3. Proceed to checkout
4. Check your email for receipt and confirmation
