We always strive to improve the ticketing experience for event organizers and attendees. We heard your feedback and are thrilled to announce a significant new feature to make managing and sharing tickets a breeze: Individual Ticket Sharing for Attendees.
We understand that coordinating group outings can be a hassle. That’s why, in addition to our traditional ticket-buyer-focused platform, we developed this powerful new option for greater flexibility.
What is Individual Ticket Sharing?
Previously, all ticket confirmations were sent directly to the ticket buyer, who was responsible for distributing them to their group. While our system remains ticket buyer-based at its core, this new feature empowers event organizers to allow ticket buyers to share individual tickets with their guests effortlessly.

- Simplified Ticket Management: No more forwarding multiple tickets or dealing with complicated distribution methods. Share tickets individually with just a few clicks.
- Improved Group Coordination: Easily ensure each guest has their own ticket directly, reducing the risk of lost or misplaced tickets.
- Increased Convenience: Attendees receive their tickets directly to their email, with a magic link for easy access and a QR code for quick entry.
How It Works:
- Event Organizer Enables the Feature: Event organizers can enable the “Ticket Sharing” option during event setup.
- Ticket Buyer Purchases Tickets: As usual, the ticket buyer completes the purchase on Ticket Falcon.
- Ticket Buyer Accesses “My Tickets”: The ticket buyer can log in to their Ticket Falcon account and navigate to the “My Tickets” page.
- “Share Ticket” Link Appears: A “Share Ticket” link will appear next to each order if the event organizer has enabled the feature.
- Ticket Buyer Enters Guest Email: The ticket buyer simply clicks the “Share Ticket” link, enters the guest’s email address, or uses the existing email from the checkout page and confirms.
- Guest Receives Ticket: The guest will receive an email containing a unique, secure “magic link” to access their ticket and a scannable QR code. This email is specifically for one ticket. If an attendee is receiving multiple tickets, they’ll receive multiple emails.
Important Note: Ticket confirmations will still be sent to the ticket buyer as the primary point of contact. This new feature provides an additional, optional layer of convenience for distributing tickets within a group.
