Managing tickets for a large event just got a whole lot faster.
We’ve completely overhauled the Ticket Management page with a set of tools that let you find, filter, sort, and edit multiple tickets at once — no more opening tickets one by one.
Filter in seconds
The new Filters panel lets you narrow your ticket list by Status (On Sale, Ended, Draft, Sold Out), Type (Paid, Free, Donation, Add-On, Raffle), and Visibility — all using simple pill-style selectors. Mix and match across groups, and the list updates instantly. A live counter shows exactly how many tickets match.
Search by name
A Search bar now lives right in the toolbar. Start typing a ticket name and the list filters as you go. The inline ✕ button clears your search in one click.
Sort without losing your place
A Sort dropdown lets you temporarily view your tickets alphabetically, by type, or by status — perfect for spotting patterns or drafts buried in a long list. A clear chip makes it easy to jump back to your saved order, and your drag-and-drop ordering is always protected: drag handles lock automatically whenever a sort or filter is active.
Focus Mode
Need to concentrate? Hit the ⛶ Focus button to collapse the page header and give your ticket list the full screen. Your preference is remembered, so you can work the way you like every time you visit.
Bulk Edit — the big one
Select as many tickets as you want (hover to reveal per-card checkboxes, or use Select All), and a Bulk Edit bar slides up from the bottom of the page. Open the modal, tick the fields you want to change, set the values, and hit Apply.
In one action, you can update:
- Sale start and end dates/times (with built-in validation against your event end date)
- Who pays the service fee
- Ticket visibility rules
- Ticket descriptions
- Min and max tickets per order
- Ticket status (Published or Draft)
Every field is opt-in — only the boxes you check get written — and a preview summary shows you exactly what’s about to change before you confirm.
Your filter state travels with you
Active filters, search terms, and sort selections are saved to the page URL. Reload the page, share the link with a co-organizer, or navigate away and come back — your view is exactly where you left it.
These updates are live now. Head to My Account → Edit Event → Manage Tickets on any of your events to try them out. As always, let us know what you think!
