Arika Linton is a TEDx presenter, multiple community award winner, mom, and millennial who just published her book “Creative Disruption: 7 Effective Strategies for Millennials to Lead in the Workplace.” During the fireside chat, Arika will be highlighting strategies found in her new Top Selling book on Amazon, which will be available for book signing. As the oldest chapter of the National Urban League Young Professionals (NULYP) and the 2017 NULYP Central Region Chapter of Excellence, MetroBoard has served as a premier organization for young professionals in the metropolitan Chicagoland area for the last 35 years.
