Picture this — you and your other 5 teammates whisking, stirring, and laughing your way through a delicious Italy’s Bounty menu (or an alternative for the non-chicken eaters*). The aroma of gourmet ingredients fills the air as you create something unforgettable — together.

*Dietary restrictions and allergies will be requested during checkout to ensure preparedness for accommodations.

Together and in competition with others teams. Think chopped, but a fabulous evening filled with fun, flavor, and a sprinkle of flair preparing the Bistro menu:

• Trofi Pasta ala Genovese  | Genoa’s gift to the culinary world – Pesto! Fresh basil, pine nuts, pecorino cheese, garlic and olive oil tossed with trofi pasta.
• Lemon Herb Chicken | Chicken sesons with lots of garlic and fresh lemon, roasted until golden brown
• Grilled Radicchio Salad w/ Blistered Heirloom Tomatoes | Grilled radicchio and endive tossed with a light balsamic vinaigrette and served with heirloom tomatoes and parmesan cheese.

Price also includes appetizer, dessert, non-alcoholic beverages, sales tax and a service charge that benefits staff.

Here’s how the Evening Unfolds:

Arrive, Exhale, Settle In | You’ll be welcomed by our team and invited to ease into the space. Grab a beverage, make yourself comfortable, and get ready for the experience ahead. The evening is designed to feel social and fun from the start.

A Warm Introduction to the Kitchen | Our chefs will introduce the menu, walk you through the kitchen, and cover safety and flow. No prior cooking experience needed; we guide you every step of the way. This is about confidence, curiosity, and enjoying the process.

Cook Together (with a little friendly competition) | You will cook side by side other LGA alum. Along the way, you’ll take part in lighthearted culinary challenges inspired by Chopped – playful, collaborative and never intimidating. Chefs are on hand to assist.

Create, Taste, Connect | As aromas fill the room, you’ll plate your dishes, compare notes with others, and enjoy the energy of cooking together. This is where laughter happens and memories start to stick.

Present the Masterpiece | When the cooking is done, the marketing plans are executed with a 2-3 minute presentation. Get creative and sell that dish

Break Bread | While the judges determine the winner, you enjoy the full meal you helped create. It’s communal, celebratory, and designed to be savored. It’s the kind of dinner you’ll talk about longer after it’s over.

Celebrate and Wrap Up | We’ll close the evening with a fun wrap-up and send you off with great memories — and optional recipe inspiration to take home.
