Together, learn to and enjoy a fabulous evening filled with fun, flavor, and a sprinkle of flair preparing the Caribbean menu:

• Citrus Jicama Salad | Crisp jicama tossed with cabbage, grapefruit segments, fresh herbs and a lime vinaigrette
• Red Snapper Escovitch | A Caribbean delight with peppers, onions, carrots, and tomatoes
• Farro with Tomato and Herbs | Ancient grain loaded with fresh herbs, lemon and crisp radish

Here’s how the Evening Unfolds:

Arrive, Exhale, Settle In | You’ll be welcomed by our team and invited to ease into the space. Grab a beverage, make yourself comfortable, and get ready for the experience ahead. The evening is designed to feel social and fun from the start.

A Warm Introduction to the Kitchen | Our chefs will introduce the menu, walk you through the kitchen, and cover safety and flow. No prior cooking experience needed; we guide you every step of the way. This is about confidence, curiosity, and enjoying the process.

Cook Together (with a little friendly competition) | You will cook side by side other individuals. Along the way, you’ll take part in lighthearted culinary challenges inspired by Chopped – playful, collaborative and never intimidating. Chefs are on hand to assist.

Create, Taste, Connect | As aromas fill the room, you’ll plate your dishes, compare notes with others, and enjoy the energy of cooking together. This is where laughter happens and memories start to stick.

Break Bread | While the judges determine the winner, you enjoy the full meal you helped create. It’s communal, celebratory, and designed to be savored. It’s the kind of dinner you’ll talk about longer after it’s over.

Celebrate and Wrap Up | We’ll close the evening with a fun wrap-up and send you off with great memories — and optional recipe inspiration to take home.
