Summer is in full swing and it’s time to get outside and play.
Hike & Meditate is bringing the community together for Summer Recess, our Field Day experience at Coan Park in Atlanta. Think kickball, water balloon catch, pull ups, good vibes, and more. This is a judgment-free zone built for movement, connection, and fun.
Come ready to move, laugh, and connect with an amazing community of people who love the outdoors as much as you do.
