In response to the increased global visibility of racial injustice, the National Black MBA Association® released a statement for national legislation aimed at ending racial violence and increasing police accountability. As a call to action, we called on our business and academic partners as well as faith and philanthropic leaders, and other organizations and people of goodwill to commit to the difficult, long-term work of improving racial equity and opportunity.
During this interview, you will get a chance to hear Deirdre Drake, Executive Vice-President – Chief People Officer and Head of Communications at UScellular. She will speak on why DE&I is important to the growth of their organization and their commitment to the difficult, long-term work of improving racial equity and opportunity. It will be a great time to connect and learn about UScellular
