Applications Due: Saturday, October 1, 2025 at 5 p.m.
No entries will be accepted after October 4, 2025. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged after the deadline.
Parade Entry Fees
- Community Organization/Business – $35.00
(Float, car, dance team, cheer squad, or marching unit is considered one entry.) - Multiple Entries – $35.00 each
(Group of automobiles, vans, or trucks, will be considered multiple entires.) - Marching Band Entry – Free
(Director of Bands must complete a Band Application Form by Friday, October 3, 2025.) - Student Organization Entry – Free
(Officially registered on-campus student organizations may participate at no cost through the Office of Campus Life & Student Affairs.)
