About the Event
Application Deadline: All applications must be submitted by Friday, September 30, 2025, to be considered. **Vendor/Tailgate Space Size: 10 x 15**
Fees are due by October 4, 2025. Payments may be made by check, money order, online, or cash at the Cashiers’ Office in Bray Hall. Please keep all receipts for your records.
The Tailgate Extravaganza will conclude Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. All stations must be cleaned upon departure. Tables, tents, and chairs are not provided; please remember to bring your own!
FEES
- Tailgator – $300
- Vendor – $400
- Student Vendor – $50
- Food Truck – $400
- Block Party (Friday, October 10th) – $100
