About the Event
We invite you to join us for a night of food, fun and encouragement as we celebrate current and former foster children, and other youth for continuing to overcome obstacles. Their efforts to overcome adversities during tough times is a reason to celebrate them.
We will be giving away TVs, X Boxes, and over $1000 in gift cards. Also, a surprise undefeated guest speaker will be joining us with words of encouragement. You don’t want to miss this!

Nevada’s Children & Family Development Center
Nevada’s Children & Family Development Center evolved to educate families as well as individuals on the notion that the power to change lies within them. At the inception of Nevada’s Children & Family Development Center it was very clear that the motive wasn’t to just create a business but to create opportunities for success. We strive to demonstrate the difference between hope and despair, confidence and uncertainty and the difference between having potential and reaching your full potential. In an attempt to eliminate doubt and to help families achieve their dream we provide comprehensive, team oriented services that require the entire team to work together. We understand that consistent communication with the team in its entirety promotes a healthy partnership with other community leaders.
Nevada’s Children & Family Development Center demonstrates the leadership skills necessary in helping at risk youth, young adults, and families. We encourage everyone to understand that no two children are the same nor do they carry the same life story. We understand that two children coming from the same home with the same traumatic events will be impacted on different levels, therefore the treatment plan will need to be individualized. Here, we really listen to our youth, treat them with respect, and give them our best by building on their strengths and passions while continuing to address the issues that are presented in the treatment plan. Nevada’s Children & Family Development Center exhorts everyone to grow, learn, and strive to be his or her best. We provide evidence based behavioral and rehabilitative mental health services that represents quality and yields positive outcomes. We don’t give up on our commitment to the community. As long as there’s one child in need of services, we will still be striving for the success of that child. We are committed – Are you?
At Nevada’s Children & Family Development Center we don’t just strive to help the youth but we work hard to build enrichment among families.
It’s very imperative that provider’s understand that even the most troubling kids can learn and that families with some of the most traumatic issues can succeed. Our commitment grows stronger during those most difficult periods. It is our commitment that enables us to develop innovative approaches, advocate and coordinate with other providers to assure success in the work that we do. Building relationships and collaborating with the child’s supports system is one of our greatest assets.
