Join us for the Calumet Township Trustee’s Fall 2025 Symposium on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A free, community-driven event dedicated to sparking meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and action on some of the most pressing issues facing Gary and Unincorporated Calumet.
Hosted by the Calumet Township Trustee Tai Adkins, this full-day event continues the important conversations from our spring symposium and highlights how we’re moving from conversation to action. We listened to your input, and we’re excited to share how we’re implementing progressive strategies to expand and strengthen services for residents. Together, we’ll explore opportunities to reinforce the social safety net across housing, food and nutrition, and workforce development throughout Gary and unincorporated Calumet Township.
