Dear Woodlawn Friends,

You are invited to attend the first Woodlawn Small Business Support Group on June 8, 2020 at 12 noon.  This online meeting is for all Woodlawn-based business owners and operators.  We will discuss current support for small businesses as they contend with COVID19 and the destruction related to recent unrest. 

The Support Group is designed  for owner-to-owner communications about how to succeed in very hard times.  The support group will be hosted by Marcus Gill,a  long-time Woodlawn business operator.

Our guest presenter will be Nicole Marwell, Associate Professor of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago.  Dr. Marwell will provide information on existing and new government assistance programs for small businesses affected by the coronavirus pandemic and damages resulting from recent unrest.
