Black Men in HR is a professional leadership and workforce development organization dedicated to advancing representation, leadership capability, and strategic influence of Black men within the Human Resources profession.
The organization operates at the intersection of human capital strategy, organizational development, and executive leadership advancement. Its mission is to strengthen the HR leadership pipeline by equipping professionals with the competencies, networks, and strategic visibility required to lead in complex, data-driven organizations.
