Dear Arquitectos,

We look forward to hosting you at Gensler and want to take the opportunity to share our COVID-19 protocols. Since the beginning of the pandemic, a top priority has been the well-being of our people, our clients, and our communities. We follow all directives from public health authorities and have implemented protocols on cleaning, mask-wearing, physical distancing, and proper sanitization.
To help you prepare for your visit, we want to let you know that our current protocol will require all of us to follow a few precautions:

1. Please provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination during check-in at our front desk
2. Per local guidance, please wear a mask indoors at all times unless eating/drinking, or alone
in a private conference room

If, prior to your visit, you do not feel well or you have symptoms such as coughing, fever, difficulty breathing, or body aches, please reach out to your contact at Gensler to reschedule your meeting for the time when you are feeling better.
