About the Event
Join MetroBoard and the Liberated Arts Movement for an evening centered on community wellness. Together we’ll learn, discuss and create throughout the workshop. We’ll begin our evening with a meditation and affirmation session, segway to a panel featuring black mental health care workers and close with mindful art making. But that’s not all. After our workshop, we’ll head over to Bronzeville Winery to end our night!
