VAEF- is a social Chicago Steppin Dance organization. Our mission is to promote “Chicago Steppin” in the Hampton Roads area: Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk & Virginia Beach. Our Goal is to help those looking for Steppin Teachers, Classes, and places to go Steppin in Virginia. This group is for all who love to dance and want to promote Chicago Steppin and grow the dance in the 7 cities and beyond. See You on the Floor!
