Alpha Quest Youth Mentoring Program is a program for young men in grades 6-12 enrolled in the a school within our west suburban and west Chicagoland service areas. Our mentors promote leadership development, academic encouragement, cultural enrichment, and a plethora of other educational, career, communication, and financial education. Each Quester is partnered with a male mentor, allowing the individual needs of every Quester to be met.
The program is designed to encourage high level performance academically from participants in all subject matters. We strive to ensure that participants become balanced individuals in the form of their leadership capabilities and appreciation of cultural competence.
The Alpha Quest program motto is “he who does not know, can know from learning”. Our aim is to arm the students with knowledge and encouragement to ensure they complete their journey of high level educational attainment and mature as leaders in the classroom and community.
