Delta Epsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. promotes personal and
professional development, strengthens the brotherly bond within the chapter as well as
with the local collegiate chapter(s), while providing service and advocacy to the East St.
Louis and other Metro East communities.
