As a long-time Calumet Memorial Park District resident, I, Courtland D. Wilson, am proud to call this community home for nearly 30 years. Together with my wife, Alderwoman Monet S. Wilson, and our two sons, CJ and Chase, we are deeply invested in the future of our park district communities.

I have dedicated my life and career to serving our community as:

✅ 27-year employee of the Illinois Department of Human Services
✅ Executive Director of the Tomorrows Youth Foundation, Inc.
✅ President of the Calumet City Chargers National Youth Football & Cheer Program
✅ Member and Keeper of Finance of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated, MU XI Chapter ✅ Recipient of Joseph R. Biden’s Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award
✅ Named Crain’s Chicago 2024’s Most Notable Nonprofit Board Leader

I am committed to using my partnerships throughout Illinois and the Midwest to revitalize our parks, secure funding, and ensure that our parks are safe and welcoming for residents of all ages and abilities. I will give WHATEVER IT TAKES to create a thriving park district for all ages and abilities!
