Drunk History: NYC Edition.
Who’s down for a little road trip? Join us Saturday, November 13 as we make our way to New York City! We’ll visit the MET for their new exhibition: Before Yesterday We Could Fly. This exhibit touches on what could have been, had Seneca Village been allowed to thrive. Following the exhibit, we’ll take a stroll through Central Park to explore the area where Seneca Village once was.
Following that, we encourage everyone to explore the city. Brunch? Another museum? Some cool art? The possibilities are endless!
Now, let’s get into the REAL info:
As much as I would love to charter a bus, this ain’t that. Everything is pay-as-you go. Everyone is encouraged to get to New York using their preferred mode of transportation, but we’re encouraging folks to try PandaNY bus with us. This bus leaves from Northeast Philadelphia where there is ample street parking. DISCLAIMER: None of us have ever taken this bus but that’s why it’s DRUNK history. We’ll see how it goes!
There is only ONE BUS PER DAY and it departs from TWO LOCATIONS. Time will be listed below.
Upon our arrival in New York City we will take the train to the MET. Again, we encourage everyone to use their desired mode of transportation, but you can use Apple Pay and tap tap onto the train and avoid traffic so, why not?!
