The 713 Community Empowerment Group, along with its initiative Prom Girls Rock, is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free prom dresses & accessories to high school students in the Chicagoland & surrounding areas. During each event, students receive personalized assistance from volunteers, stylist & a dedicated consultant to help them find their dream dresses. The dresses, donated by bridal & prom shops, range from brand new to like-new, offering students the opportunity to acquire their desired attire without the need to pay full price. Overview

• Early bird tickets – $20 donation. 
• (Includes 2 dresses and a raffle ticket). 
• Skip the line.  Enter the event at 11am and get first choice of these beautiful dresses.

The average cost of a prom dress is between $300-$900. For a small donation you can SKIP THE LINE and enter the event ahead of the general admission tickets at 11am. You get first choice of all of the beautiful gowns from our sponsors/designers such as Jenny Yoo, Bella Bridesmaids, Macys, Brideside, Christina Wu and so many more. First come, first served.  Tickets are limited.

Terms and Conditions for Early Bird Tickets

*Every ticket must be registered in the student’s full name.

* Guaranteed entry into event & raffle ticket for a prize.

* Unable to provide wait time before arriving.

*Early admission is advised due to limited dresses (size & color).

* Early bird entry can NOT be shared, transferred, or copied.

* Early entry guarantees little to no wait.

* Must be a high school student (Bring school ID).

* Can enter the raffle by donation (Ticket Falcon) ONLY.

* Winner will be notified in advance.

* Winner WILL NEED to be present during the event.

* Winner will be notified by SOCIAL MEDIA & PGR website.

Participating in the dress giveaway constitutes permission for Prom Girls Rock/713 CEG & its agencies to use each student’s name and/or likeliness in photo or video for advertising &/or promotional uses without any additional compensation only to promote the organization & event.
By accepting the dress &/or prizes that are presented, you agree to hold Prom Girls Rock /713 CEG, its licensors & suppliers, each of the foregoing entitles’ parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, officers, directors, sponsors, & employees harmless for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the promotion of acceptance of any prize.
