Meditation For The People: Intro to Mindfulness and Meditation w/ @TheCollectiveStl is week five in our “Taking Our Health Back” Virtual Health and Wellness Series. This series was created to focus on education and empowerment of health and wellness within the black community. Throughout this six week series we are offering free events that will engage, elevate and empower you to join us in this movement in taking back our health!
All of the six events are focused on natural ways to take back our health through healing of the mind, body and soul.
Mediation For The People Being Fully Present: Intro to Mindfulness and Meditation on June 3rd at 6pm cst is in collaboration with @TheCollectiveStl will cover the following:
This virtual event is free and will be hosted live on IG. All Registrants will receive a live playback of the session if you missed it and a free Mindfulness guide provided by email upon conclusion of the class.
Upon registration you will receive further instruction on how to join the live class and what to expect!
