Join us for our second virtual national meetup hosted by Brown Girls Climb leaders @goldaclimbs and @sisterfern discussing the importance of mental health and self-care. Climbing spaces, whether indoors or outdoors are often used as stress outlets and self-care, but how do you navigate the negative impacts that these spaces sometimes have on your mental health? The communities we are building and have built continue to support us through all of our journeys, whether that be the day to day or tackling huge outdoor expeditions. Our amazing guests @nativeinla and @jasmine__speaks are very well versed in mental health, self care, and healing and will be discussing the importance of caring for ourselves.
If you are interested in learning more about how to prioritize your mental health and learn more about ways to practice self-care — please join us. Or if you’ve never been to a Brown Girls Climb meet-up and would like to meet and greet other folks in the community, please come! We will have time at the end to meet and greet folks in your area. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with other BGC members in regional breakout rooms. Register today!
