About the Event

Our Mental Health Matter: Overcoming Anxiety and Depression with @NgoziCounseling is week there in our “Taking Our Health Back” Virtual Health and Wellness Series. This series was created to focus on education and empowerment of health and wellness within the black community. Throughout this six week series we are offering free events  that will engage, elevate and empower you to join us in this movement in taking back our health!

All of the six events are focused on natural ways to take back our health through healing of the mind, body and soul.

Oveecoming Anxiety and Depression On Wednesday May 13th is brought to you in collaboration with @NgoziCounseling  and will cover the following:

  • The stigma with therapy in the black community
  • What  Therapy is NOT
  • Benefits of Therapy
  • What is anxiety is and how do I know if Im experiencing it?
  • What depression is and how do I know if I’m depressed
  • Natural ways to treat anxiety and depression
  • Live Q&A

This virtual event is free and will be hosted LIVE on our Instagram @Blackpeoplewhohike

Registrants will receive a live playback of the session if you missedit, additional info on therapy  and the opportunity for a free consultation with Ngozi Counseling if interested.

Upon registration you will receive further instruction on how to join the live class and what to expect!
