About the Event
WDB Marketing celebrates its sixteenth year of black excellence in business with L.E.G.A.C.Y. Weekend. Below are the dates, times and locations for the of the L.E.G.A.C.Y. Power Conference and 6th Annual L.E.G.A.C.Y. Awards Gala.
- L.E.G.A.C.Y. Power Conference Day 1 | 2/23/23 from 9AM – 2PM CT Virtual
- Part 2: L.E.G.A.C.Y. Talk Speakers Series – throughout South Loop (access to all conference ticket holders)
- L.E.G.A.C.Y. Power Conference Day 2 | 2/24/23 from 9AM – 6PM CT at Marriott Marquis South Loop Chicago (In-Person)
- L.E.G.A.C.Y. Awards Gala | 2/25/23 from 6-11 PM CT at the United Club at Soldier Field (In-Person)
Each ticket type corresponds to a specific event over the weekend. The L.E.G.A.C.Y. Weekend pass will grant access to the Conference and Awards Gala.

The L.E.G.A.C.Y. Awards Gala celebrates the accomplishments of Black Business Owners and their contributions to building legacies daily in the areas of Leadership, Education, Growth, Advocacy, Community, and Young Entrepreneurs.

The L.E.G.A.C.Y. Power Conference will provide informational support to Black Business Owners in the areas of Marketing, Operations, Financing, Corporate Procurement, Personal Development and more. We will have special panels for Young Entrepreneurs under 25 to help them on their pathway to success. Our goal is to provide inspiration, information and resources to help entrepreneurs scale and grow their business to 7 figures and beyond. We appreciate your role in making this happen.
