• DRIFT LOUNGE (12:00PM – 2:00PM) Between sessions, unwind in our Drift Lounge. Read, nap, meditate, or simply relax in this tranquil space as you transition from your morning flow into the evening’s festivities. OR go home and return later!
• HIGHNOTES (2:00PM – 7:00PM) Experience “Highnotes” – where music, melody, botanical refreshments, and culinary delights create the perfect vibe. Take the mic during our karaoke sessions with beats by DJ Mel Rob & DJ Swannque. Savor delicious Asian-inspired Bento Boxes or indulge in our premium three-course dining experience.

• Highnotes VIP: $125 – Indulge in our premium offering featuring an elevated three-course meal thoughtfully paired with (3) botanical blends and (3) mocktails.
• Highlife [Full Day] (Yoga + Highnotes GA): $110 – Includes Flowers + Flow yoga session, one hand-rolled botanical blend, and post-class refreshments. In the afternoon receive your second botanical blend, one specialty infused refreshment, and a delicious Asian-inspired Bento Box meal.
• Ultra Premium [Full Day] (Yoga + Highnotes VIP): $145 – Includes Flowers + Flow yoga session, one hand-rolled botanical blend, and post-class refreshments.
