This series was created to focus on education and empowerment of health and wellness within the black community. Throughout this six week series we are offering free events that will engage, elevate and empower you to join us in this movement in taking back our health!

This virtual event is free, but registration is strongly encouraged! Registrants will receive a live playback of the class if you missed it and a free Natural Herbs 101 guide provided by email upon conclusion of the class.

Her goal is to heal, by transforming health mentally and physically.
