BPWH is hosting FLOWERS, a self appreciation hike this Sunday April 25th. We all have heard the term “give people their flowers while they are still here”. This Sunday we are encouraging you to give yourself flowers and show gratitude and appreciation for how dope of a human being you are! May is Mental Health Awareness Month and spending time in nature fosters a positive mental space! Join us for a mindful and relaxing 3 mile hike at St. Francois State Park.
@Blackpeoplewhohike is a group of friends and perspective friends who enjoy hiking and other activities together. It is not a professional event planning or guide service that assumes any responsibility for your safety.
