Cultural performances representing all five Diaspora communities, fashion show and the live coronation of Kings and Queens by HRH Togbi Nyaho Tamakloe VI from Anlo Kingdom Volta Region Ghana.

The Progressive Minds Show, 501c3 Non For Profit organisation is honored to present our 4th Annual Exchange Ceremony on Saturday, June 22nd at the Kehrein Performing Arts Center in Chicago. This event celebrates the Global African Diaspora with the theme Restoring the Royalty.
This year’s theme expands The Exchange Ceremony’s (TEC) ability to impact and create unity among continental Africans and diasporans by acknowledging over 400 years of separation. Ghana has led the way in returning diasporans back home. TEC has come alongside the awakening of traditional African leaders to reunite and restore our brethren back to the lands they were taken from.
The Exchange Ceremony is a commitment to our Diaspora and an annual celebration of humanity through engaging culture and honoring those who have demonstrated excellence in giving back to society and encouraging economic empowerment. It also honors those who have intentionally increased academic acumen amongst our community and those who have made distinctions in dismantling social barriers.
