Event Summary
Join us as we discuss the connections between organizational diversity, inclusion, equity, and improved mental health.

Event Description
Leadership cannot be top down when it comes to creating a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace. To effectively lead, leaders must understand that providing “a seat at the table” is simply a beginning. To create healing environments, leaders will need to recognize that the table we set is not always a welcoming one. We must be flexible enough to move the table, add more tables, more chairs, or get rid of the table if that’s what it takes to create an inclusive workplace. At this special Zoom event, listen as we take a deeper dive into creating inclusive environments that promote a sense of belonging for everyone from staff to clients.
