Resilient Roses Chartering and Celebratory Luncheon

On January 12, 2025 the Resilient Roses, an official interest group of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® will be the 57th graduate chapter chartered in the Confident Central Region. Under the guidance of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Central Regional Director Kiahna W. Davis, the Resilient Roses of Crown Point, Merrillville and Schererville, Indiana, will be the second interest group to be chartered under her Administration.

Chartering ceremony tickets are for active members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® only and will only provide access to the ceremony. Proof of active membership (i.e., your financial card) and registration ticket must be presented prior to entry. Ritual white attire is required for entry to the ceremony. Doors will open at 10:30am and close promptly at 11:00 am. Once the ceremony doors close, they will not be reopened.

Following the ceremony, our celebratory luncheon will be open to the public and will begin at 1pm. Luncheon tickets are $100. Authorized AKA vendors will be on site. We welcome you to join us for this joyous celebration of sisterhood and service to the communities of Crown Point, Merrillville and Schererville, Indiana.
