Thanks to the overwhelming support from our community, our first Breathe & Flow event sold out! So, we’re creating another class that will start right after the first to make space for more folks.
Join us for a morning yoga Saturday, Sept. 5 on the Prairie Garden Terrace at Ace Hotel Chicago!
Breathe & Flow is a yoga class that celebrates the launch of Undone, a Black-owned wellness brand coming to Chicago in September. So if you’re reading this, you’re welcome to come. Bring a mat, invite a friend, and get ready for a vibe.
Doors for the second class will open at 11:30 a.m., and yoga will begin at 11:45 a.m.
The Requirements: Your safety is our priority, so face masks will be required upon entry until our flow begins at 11:45 a.m. Once we start class, it’s up to you whether you keep your mask on. We’ll also honor social distancing practices by placing our mats 6 feet apart from the yogis around us.
In accordance with the State and Local Health Authorities, we ask that you follow the below guidelines when flowing with us:
The Flow: This 60-minute vinyasa yoga flow is designed to help every body — beginners, pros and everyone in between — build a strong foundation for your yoga practice, release tension and get grounded. It explores the basic principles of yoga and allows yogis of all levels to tune into a deeper sense of self through movement and meditation.
The Instructor: Class will be led by Paige Willis, a Chicago-based yoga instructor with a passion for cultivating spaces that promote strength and celebration of self. She’s certified to teach a power vinyasa style, linking breath and movement through Yoga Alliance.
