Black People Eats: Mardi Gras Tasting

Come join us on Saturday  March 21st, from 3:00 -5:00 pm for a Mardi Gras Tasting at Nita’s Gumbo. We know Mardi Gras has passed, but for those who still love to eat, we wanted to create a menu that we feel you would enjoy. This will be a buffet style  meal which  will include: 

1)Chicken Gumbo Wings

• Whole chicken wings marinated in buttermilk tossed in a gumbo sauce.

2)G7 Shrimp Gumbo

• Medium shrimp with chicken andouille sausage, celery, scallion and bell peppers with their signature gumbo sauce

3)Chicken Po’Boy Sandwiches

• Crisp Chicken Breasts,Lettuce,Tomatoes and Nita’s special remoulade on french bread.

 For drinks, we will have complimentary  water and juice  at the tables. The restaurant will have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase.

This will be an a fun tasting  so tickets are limited and are bound to go fast, don’t wait on this one.

Tickets are only $35 and all sales are final, no menu substitutions allowed. Cheers!
