Join Chicago Association of Black Social Workers for a powerful and informative community forum and workshop exploring the critical role of doulas in supporting Black birthing people. Facilitated by Ashley Pittman LCPC, founder and owner of Helping Humanity Heal! This conversation will highlight: The importance of having a doula as a Black birthing person, the impact doulas have on improving Black birth outcomes, a breakdown of Illinois’ new Medicaid policy covering doula services and so much more. CEU’s are offered for licensed professionals!
