15th Annual Western Regional Leadership Academy & College Brothers Retreat

The Brothers of Alpha West invite you to take part in a dynamic leadership retreat experience to refine your knowledge and skills, and of course, enjoy fraternal fellowship. From Thursday, October 5  through Sunday, October 8, 2023, we will focus on chapter and officer development. personal and professional development, and fraternal and brotherhood development. You will enjoy a variety of topics surrounding chapter operations; chapter advisor training; financial literacy; cyber security; non-profit management; and many more informative sessions.

While college days swiftly pass, the creation of fond memories continues here in Alpha West! As you purchase your ticket, please also consider sponsoring a college brother to keep our legacy of strong, refined Alpha Men with impeccable leadership skills alive and well.

Celebrate the 15th Anniversary Leadership Academy with Custom Nike Air Force Ones!

This year's 15th Annual Western Regional Leadership Academy and College Brothers' Retreat will be held in Portland, Oregon, home to the world's top footwear brand, Nike, Inc. To commemorate this momentous occasion, we are offering brothers the opportunity to purchase a pair of custom-painted Nike Air Force One shoes!
The shoes feature a white leather upper with gold accents on the swoosh, wordmarks, and outsoles. Alpha iconography "1906" appears on the lateral heel of the left shoe, along with the outline of our host state of Oregon on the right. The shoes are uniquely designed for Alpha Phi Alpha and are only available for order for brothers who register for the 15th Annual Leadership Academy/College Brothers' Retreat.

The Air Force One typically fits true to size, but we encourage you to visit a local retailer to try on a pair for yourself to determine the best fit for you. Please note that due to the customization of the shoes, we will not be able to offer exchanges or returns. Pairs will be available for $125 until September 24th, so act now to secure your access to this exclusive collector's item."
