MTM Speaker Series – October 28, 2021

Join us October 28, 2021 at 12:00 pm for the latest episode of the MTM Speaker Series.

The goal of the MTM Speaker Series is to educate our generous donor community and those whom would like to learn more about our mission. Mel Trotter Ministries exists to demonstrate the compassion of Jesus Christ to anyone experiencing hunger and homelessness. Through these monthly, virtual events lead by MTM staff we will discuss how “our why” guides us as we help individuals and families on their journey out of homelessness. 

This month we will talk with Kenneth Estelle, President and CEO of Feeding America West Michigan. Ken will talk about food insecurity and inequity in West Michigan, highlighting the needs as well as how to combat food waste. He will also talk about the partnership between Mel Trotter Ministries and Feeding America West Michigan for Turkey Drop on November 17, 2021, and how we are fighting food insecurity together.
